The additional public space adds to the existing streets, giving the neighborhood a variety of open and covered outdoor spaces of various scales which transform the site under the Granville Bridge into a dynamic and iconic mixed-use neighborhood hub.

Some of the building features include; 24 hour Concierge, 5 elevators which are supposed to be the fastest residential elevators in North America, 8th floor outdoor covered pool with huge open landscaped terrace for owners to use, 10,000 sf Gym facility that has a separate entrance at 1408 Howe, Golf Simulator that is located on P3 level and The Flying Fazioli Piano, a truly remarkable piece of design, that was exclusively produced for the Vancouver House and is located in the Mezzanine Lobby level
