Hotel Versante - 8451 Bridgeport Road

OPUS Hotel Versante, a strata hotel and offices at 8451 Bridgeport Road, Richmond, BC, V6V 1W1. Stemming from the vibrant heart of Yaletown, OPUS Hotels will bring their award-winning Forbes Four-Star rating boutique experience to northern Richmond. Situated in Richmond's International Trade Centre at Versante, the luxury hotel will include 110 guest rooms, a signature restaurant, a "sky bar", and will offer travelers a unique and unforgettable experience that will have guests returning again and again.

The China Club, includes private karaoke bar, concierge service, main reception lobby, wine bar, restaurant with display kitchen, wok kitchen, and piano bar with private stairs that leads to the banquet halls, meeting rooms, and library lobby on level 7.

MoYeung International Enterprise Ltd. to build the OPUS Hotel Versante in MoYeungs International Trade Centre development.

The 110-room, 12-storey hotel will stand alongside two additional office towers and 34,000 square feet of luxury retail space.

The International Trade Centre is located four minutes from the Canada Line Bridgeport Road Station, five minutes from Vancouver International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver.

Construction on OPUS Versante is expected to break ground by the end of 2015, so exact details on the hotels design and amenities will be finalized during the next six months or so, according to Evans. Spearheading the project are two Vancouver-based firms, GBL Architects and B+H CHIL Design.

Plans call for 110 guestrooms, but that number will likely change. All guestrooms are expected to feature the OPUS spa bathroom design.
On the tenth floor, an open-air lounge will operate featuring a cutout roof, while a Chinese fine-dining restaurant is planned for street level.

Both a fitness and swimming pool are expected to be part of the mix.

On the top floor, there will be four penthouse suites.
