  • A $200.00 damage deposit shall be made when booking the move, This will be refunded if there is no damage to the building.
  • All move-ins/move-outs shall be completed between the following times:
              Weekdays: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (All moves must be completed by 4 p.m.)
              Weekends: Saturday and sunday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (including statutory holidays) 
  • Only one (1) move-in shall be allowed at a time.
  • If the move-in is booked 48 hours or more in advance, there will be a $100.00 move-in fee charged.
  • If the move-in is booked between 24 and 48 hours in advance, there shall be a $200.00 move-in fee charged.
  • If the move-in is booked less than 24 hours in advance, there shall be a $300.00 move-in fee charged.
  • Unscheduled move-ins or move-outs are not allowed. Any unscheduled move will be chared for $300.00 move-in fee plus a #200.00 fine.
